Today I released Version 2.1 of DeliciousSQLExport. Nothing earth-shattering, just a couple of bug fixes related to dates and some minor user interface improvements.
Today Filemaker, Inc. released Bento 3. One of the major new features is database sharing. For details, see the new features page.
I created my freeware application, Shokado Web Sharing for Bento, precisely because of the lack of sharing capabilities in Bento. Now that Bento has sharing, Shokado may be unnecessary. On the other hand, since Bento sharing is limited to 5 computers, each running Bento, some people might still want a read-only, web sharing solution.
Today I released Shokado Web Sharing for Bento, Version 2.04.
This release is compatible with Bento 2.04 only. No major changes were made to the application.
Today I posted Version 2.01 of Shokado Web Sharing Tool For Bento, my PHP web application that lets you share your Bento database on your local network.
This new version provides support for Bento 2.0. Apparently, the folks at Filemaker re-wrote the whole thing, and so reverse-engineering their database was a major hassle. I’m still not quite finished, but it will do for now.
Please visit the Freeware page for more information and download.
Today the a new and improved Version 2.0 of DeliciousSQLExport has been released. See the Freeware page for information and the download.
This new version is designed to work with Delicious Library 2, and will not work with the original version.
If you haven’t seen or tried Delicious Library 2, I strongly recommend taking a look.
Today I released my first two templates for Delicious Library 2.
I created these templates to get the ball rolling, really just as an experiment to see how easy it could be. Also, I wanted to have a way to print or publish a plain Library listing. I’m hoping some people much more creative than me will release some really good templates.
See the Goodies page for more information and a download.
Today I posted Version 1.0 of Shokado Web Sharing Tool For Bento, a PHP web application that lets you share your Bento database on your local network. For now, it’s pretty basic but will be enhanced in the weeks ahead. Please visit the Freeware page for more information and downloads.
Today I released version 1.7 of iQueryODBC. It has the following new features:
See the iQueryODBC page for more information
Today the a new and improved Version 1.5 of DeliciousSQLExport has been released. See the Freeware page for information and the download.
This is expected to be the final version of the product until Leopard ships (now October) unless we find any nasty bugs.
All the current freeware projects are currently only hold while we wait for Leopard to arrive. I suspect that we’ll need to adjust some of the code. The future of DeliciousSQL Export is in doubt since the next (Leopard only) version of Delicious Library may make it unnecessary or at least, require a major re-write. So please hang in there!
